الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك تطبيق رامو فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، لا تستخدم التطبيق.
١. الخدمة
رامو منصّة تتيح لك إنجاز مهام لدى متاجر مشاركة والحصول على مكافآت مالية تُضاف إلى محفظتك داخل التطبيق، مع إمكانية سحبها إلى وسيلة دفع تختارها.
٢. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، وأن تملك رقم هاتف عراقياً فعّالاً. لكل شخص حساب واحد فقط.
٣. حسابك
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية كلمة المرور ورمز التحقق.
- البيانات التي تقدّمها يجب أن تكون صحيحة — وخصوصاً بيانات السحب.
- لا يجوز نقل الحساب أو بيعه أو مشاركته.
٤. المهام والمكافآت
- تُضاف المكافأة إلى محفظتك بعد تأكيد إنجاز المهمة عبر المسح في المتجر.
- قيمة المكافأة وشروط المهمة معروضة قبل قبولك لها.
- يحق لنا إلغاء أو استرجاع مكافأة نُتِجت عن خطأ أو تلاعب.
٥. السحب
- السحب متاح عند بلوغ الحد الأدنى المعلن داخل التطبيق.
- قد تُطبَّق رسوم على السحب، وتُعرض لك قبل التأكيد.
- قد تستغرق المعالجة عدّة أيام عمل.
- طلب السحب ببيانات غير صحيحة قد يفشل — والمسؤولية عن صحّة البيانات عليك.
٦. السلوك المحظور
يُمنع منعاً باتاً:
- إنشاء حسابات متعددة، أو استخدام أرقام أو هويات غير حقيقية.
- تسجيل إنجاز مهمة لم تُنجَز فعلياً، أو التواطؤ مع متجر لذلك.
- استخدام برامج آلية أو أدوات لتجاوز حدود الاستخدام.
- استغلال خلل تقني للحصول على رصيد غير مستحق.
عند رصد أيٍّ من هذه المخالفات يحق لنا تجميد المحفظة، وإلغاء الأرصدة غير المستحقّة، وإيقاف الحساب.
٧. إيقاف الخدمة
يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. في حال الإنهاء دون مخالفة من جانبك، يبقى رصيدك القابل للسحب مستحقاً لك.
٨. توفّر الخدمة
نبذل جهدنا لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكننا لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع. قد نُعدِّل الميزات أو نوقف بعضها.
٩. حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة "كما هي". مسؤوليتنا تجاهك محدودة برصيد محفظتك القابل للسحب وقت وقوع الخلاف.
١٠. تعديل الشروط
قد نُحدِّث هذه الشروط. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.
١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق.

By using the Ramo app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Ramo is a platform that lets you complete tasks at participating shops and earn rewards, credited to your in-app wallet and withdrawable to a payout method you choose.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and hold an active Iraqi phone number. One account per person.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential.
- The details you provide must be accurate — particularly your payout details.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared.
4. Tasks and rewards
- A reward is credited to your wallet after completion is confirmed by a scan at the shop.
- The reward amount and the task conditions are shown to you before you accept.
- We may cancel or reverse a reward that resulted from an error or from manipulation.
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawal is available once you reach the minimum shown in the app.
- Fees may apply and are shown to you before you confirm.
- Processing can take several business days.
- A withdrawal submitted with incorrect details may fail — accuracy is your responsibility.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts, or using numbers or identities that are not genuinely yours.
- Recording a task as completed when it was not, including in collusion with a shop.
- Using automation or tooling to bypass usage limits.
- Exploiting a technical fault to obtain balance you are not entitled to.
Where we detect any of the above we may freeze the wallet, reverse balance not properly earned, and suspend the account.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. If we terminate without fault on your part, your withdrawable balance remains owed to you.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be withdrawn.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability to you is limited to your withdrawable wallet balance at the time the dispute arises.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
