تشرح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق رامو وشريك رامو، ولماذا نجمعها، ومع مَن نشاركها، وكيف يمكنك حذفها.

لا نجمع: موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا صورك، ولا أي بيانات بطاقة مصرفية. ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
مع مَن نشارك البيانات
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات محدودين، ولكلٍّ منهم غرض واحد:
- مزوّد الرسائل النصية — لإرسال رمز التحقق إلى رقمك.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — لتوصيل الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
- Sentry — لتشخيص أعطال التطبيق. تُحذف منها البيانات الحسّاسة قبل الإرسال.
- Cloudflare — حماية الشبكة وتوجيه الطلبات وتخزين النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع مُعلنين، ولا مع أي طرف لأغراض تسويقية.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك فعّالاً. بعد حذف الحساب نحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية بصيغة مجهولة الهوية فقط — أي غير مرتبطة باسمك أو رقمك — لأنها مطلوبة للمحاسبة وتسوية حسابات المتاجر.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت. الطلب يُؤكَّد برمز تحقق، ثم تبدأ مهلة ٣٠ يوماً يمكنك خلالها التراجع. بعد انتهاء المهلة يُمحى رقم هاتفك واسمك واسم المستخدم ورمز الإحالة وبيانات وسيلة السحب نهائياً.

حقوقك
- الاطّلاع على البيانات المحفوظة عنك.
- تصحيح أي بيانات غير صحيحة — معظمها قابل للتعديل داخل التطبيق.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
- إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو جهازك.

الأمان
الاتصال بالتطبيق مشفّر بالكامل (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مُخزَّنة بصيغة مُجزّأة لا يمكن عكسها، والنسخ الاحتياطية مشفّرة قبل رفعها. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة مطلقة، لكننا نراجع هذه الإجراءات باستمرار.
الأطفال
رامو غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٨ عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات عن قصد ممّن هم دون هذه السن. إذا علمنا بوجود حساب لقاصر، نحذفه.

قد نُحدِّث هذه الصفحة. عند حدوث تغيير جوهري نُشعرك داخل التطبيق. تاريخ آخر تحديث مثبَّت في أعلى الصفحة.

This policy explains what the Ramo and Ramo Partner apps collect, why, who we share it with, and how you delete it.
Who we are
Ramo is a tasks-and-rewards app operating in Iraq. It is operated by Qasim Loay — Baghdad, Iraq.

What we collect

We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photo library, or any bank card details. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, each for a single purpose:
- An SMS provider — to send the one-time code to your number.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — to deliver notifications to your device.
- Sentry — to diagnose app crashes. Sensitive fields are stripped before transmission.
- Cloudflare — network protection, request routing, and encrypted backup storage.
We do not share your data with advertisers or with anyone for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion we retain financial transaction records in anonymised form only — not linked to your name or number — because they are required for accounting and merchant settlement.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. The request is confirmed with a one-time code, then a 30-day grace period begins during which you can cancel. After it ends, your phone number, name, username, referral code and payout details are permanently erased.

Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate — most of it is editable in the app.
- Delete your account and your data.
- Turn off notifications from the app or your device settings.

Security
All app traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and backups are encrypted before upload. No system is perfectly secure, but we review these measures continuously.
Children
Ramo is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn of an account belonging to a minor, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. The last-updated date is shown at the top.
