حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك في رامو وبياناتك في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا.
الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق رامو وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى حسابي ← إعدادات الحساب.
- اختر حذف الحساب.
- سيعرض التطبيق ملخّصاً لما يحتويه حسابك (الرصيد، السحوبات قيد التنفيذ، تذاكر الدعم).
- سنرسل رمز تحقق إلى رقم هاتفك المسجَّل — أدخِله للتأكيد.
الطريقة الثانية — بالمراسلة
أرسل رسالة من رقمك المسجَّل أو راسلنا على support@ramoiq.com مع رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب. قد نطلب تأكيداً برمز تحقق للتأكد من أنك صاحب الحساب.
ماذا يحدث بعد الطلب
مهلة ٣٠ يوماً للتراجع. بعد التأكيد يبقى حسابك كما هو لمدة ٣٠ يوماً. يمكنك إلغاء الحذف خلالها من نفس الشاشة، ويعود كل شيء إلى حالته. بعد انتهاء المهلة يصبح الحذف نهائياً ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
ما يُحذف نهائياً
- رقم هاتفك واسم المستخدم.
- اسمك الكامل ومدينتك ومحافظتك.
- بيانات وسيلة السحب (كي كارد / زين كاش).
- رمز الإحالة الخاص بك، وارتباطك بمن أحالك.
- رموز الإشعارات لأجهزتك.
- اسمك من أي سجل داخلي كان مذكوراً فيه.
ما يبقى — وبصيغة مجهولة الهوية
تبقى سجلات المعاملات المالية (المهام المنجزة، المبالغ، السحوبات) غير مرتبطة بك، لأن المتاجر تُحاسَب على أساسها وتتطلبها السجلات المحاسبية. لا تحتوي هذه السجلات على اسمك ولا رقمك بعد الحذف.
قبل الحذف: اسحب رصيدك. لا يمكن سحب الرصيد بعد جدولة الحذف، وأي طلب سحب قيد التنفيذ يُلغى ويُعاد مبلغه إلى محفظتك عند تقديم الطلب.
أسئلة
هل يمكنني استخدام نفس رقم الهاتف لاحقاً؟
نعم. بعد اكتمال الحذف يتحرّر الرقم ويمكنك التسجيل به من جديد كحساب جديد تماماً، بلا أي بيانات سابقة.
كم يستغرق الأمر؟
٣٠ يوماً من تاريخ التأكيد. ثم يتم المحو خلال ٢٤ ساعة.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Ramo account and your data at any time, either from inside the app or by contacting us.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Ramo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- The app shows a summary of what your account holds (balance, in-flight withdrawals, support tickets).
- We send a one-time code to your registered phone number — enter it to confirm.
Option 2 — By email
Write to support@ramoiq.com from your registered contact, including the phone number on the account. We may ask you to confirm with a one-time code to verify you own it.
What happens next
30-day grace period. After you confirm, your account stays intact for 30 days. You can cancel from the same screen during that window and everything is restored. Once the window closes, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Permanently erased
- Your phone number and username.
- Your full name, city and governorate.
- Your payout details (Qi Card / Zain Cash).
- Your referral code and the link to whoever referred you.
- Your device push tokens.
- Your name wherever it appeared in internal records.
Retained — anonymised
Financial transaction records (completed tasks, amounts, withdrawals) are kept unlinked from you, because merchants are billed on the basis of them and accounting records require them. After deletion these records contain neither your name nor your number.
Before you delete: withdraw your balance. Withdrawals are blocked once deletion is scheduled, and any in-flight withdrawal is cancelled and refunded to your wallet at the moment you request deletion.
Questions
Can I use the same phone number again later?
Yes. Once deletion completes the number is released and you can register again as an entirely new account, with no previous data.
How long does it take?
30 days from confirmation, then erasure within 24 hours.
My account is frozen or under review — can I still delete it?
Contact support@ramoiq.com and we will handle it manually.
